PRODUCTION MANAGER

XoWyo Paper + Press is seeking a Production Manager to join our expanding team and support our work with premier events throughout the U.S.

This position is responsible for overseeing the production of all stationery and event design projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production of client projects, including assembling save the dates, invitations, gift bags, and day-of items.

• Report project status updates to the Operations Director

• Provide production expertise and insights to the creative team

• Review all deliverables to ensure they meet the required quantity, scope, and deadlines

• Prepare and test production-ready files prior to final output

• Operate in-house machinery and tools, such as laser cutters, printers, and paper cutters

• Manage, source, and order paper stocks and supplies for each project

• Maintain an organized inventory of all paper stocks and production materials

• Anticipate potential timeline challenges and offer production solutions

• Collaborate with the production and project teams to optimize delivery processes

• Conduct on-site installations when necessary.

• Manage the Xowyo gift bag program - execute assembly, reach out to hotels, coordinate

• logistics of deliveries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors

• Explore and cultivate new vendor partnerships and resources

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes

• Research and propose new products and solutions for XoWyo's growth

• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
