frozen meets jackson hole, with an elegant, elevated feel. that was the overriding direction for megan and bo's wedding at the upscale amangani resort in december. oh, and she also said no gold allowed! challenge accepted. her wintery wedding stationery started with a custom made walnut wood box (for a nod of the rustic and to tie into the paneling at the aman resort) enclosing an acrylic etched save the date. the idea here was to box up snow and sparkle, and indeed we did. the boxes were lined with fake snow to set the tone for this winter wonderland wedding. the snowflake theme was continued in her invitation suite, with three colors of flakes foiled onto the invitations. everything was packaged in a shimmery silver leather wrap (to pull in a bit of the rustic here as well). but we didn't want guests taking this too seriously, so when opening the package nestled on top was a trifold insert titled "oh what fun," a play on the popular christmas tune.

megan's love language is gifting, and what was most important to her was the guest experience, and that her friends and family could feel her appreciation for attending the wedding. throughout the long weekend, guests were gifted little items, from leather tassels and antlers at the Snake river grill rehearsal dinner (where gold was permitted!) to a custom 24 hour snack bar in the aman lobby. her closest friends were treated to a spa day and spa care packages. the men were gifted a cigar bar with custom matches and zippo lighters.
